How do I upgrade or downgrade my account?
To change your subscription:
- Click on your User Icon at the top-right of the app
- Select Account Settings from the drop-down menu
- Go to Payments tab on the left
- Click the Change Plan button to open the Plans and Pricing options
- Here you can change plans, or downgrade to the Free Plan.
Note that, once you downgrade, your subscription will still be valid for the period you’ve already paid for.
Are there any hidden fees or contracts?
No. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time - no questions asked.
Will I lose my projects or data if I downgrade?
No. We understand that our customers sometimes need to downgrade. By reverting to a Free Plan, you won’t lose any work, projects or data - and all your private projects will continue to remain private. However, you will be limited by the restrictions of the free package (1 active projects, 300 objects, and 5MB image storage). As a result, excess projects will be archived - starting from the oldest. The good news is that you can upgrade at any time - and regain full access to the features and functionality of our Premium Plans.
What are the limitations of the Free Plan?
The Free Plan offers one active project, a limit of 300 stencils, and 5MB of image storage. This plan does not include: Master Pages, Privacy Settings, Project Archiving, and Export to PNG and PDF.
Can I use the Free Plan for commercial purposes?
What debit or credit cards do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. We don’t store cardholder information on our servers. All payments are encrypted and securely processed by Braintree Payment Solutions.
Do you accept other forms of payment?
We also accept payments through PayPal, and by bank transfer.
Is my data secure?
We understand the sensitive and proprietary nature of the projects that our customers create. As a result, we encrypt all our communication through SSL. All data is stored securely, and backed up regularly in multiple geographic locations.
What's the difference between private and public projects?
- Public projects can be accessed by anyone with whom you choose to share the link.
- Private projects are restricted to the collaborators and team-members to whom you grant access.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 30-day refund on all Premium Plans. After that period, please send us an explanation of your circumstances and we’ll consider your request on an individual basis. We issue refunds as appropriate and applicable, and all requests should be directed to email@example.com.
Do you offer Enterprise solutions?
If you are interested in on-premise deployments, behind-the-firewall instances, or private network installations, contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org
Do you offer discounts for educational institutions, non-profits and NGO’s?
If you are an NGO, non-profit, or educational organization, just drop us an email and we can provide you with a no-cost Premium Account. And, since Moqups was built on components created by the open-source community, we are happy to support open-source projects as well.
Can I use Moqups in my classroom?
Of course! We're thrilled that schools, colleges and universities incorporate Moqups into their curriculum - and we are always ready to provide educational institutions with free Premium Accounts.
Which browsers do you currently support?
Moqups works with Chrome 16+, Firefox 10+, Safari 5+, Opera 15+. Moqups’ use of SVG makes it incompatible with Internet Explorer’s technical limitations and lack of support for open standards.
